      The goalIf PhD students significantly expand the knowledge gained at the undergraduate level during the course of attending the "Hygiene and technology of meat" and "Hygiene and technology of milk"; enable students to fully recognizing the importance of pollution, pathways of contamination, the same diagnosis as well as possible implications.
      The outcomeUpon successful completion of the course, students will gain the following knowledge: detailed knowledge of contaminants, pathways of contamination and risk; knowledge of metabolic pathways and diagnostics; the possibilities of decontamination and procedures with contaminated food of animal origin.
