      The outcomeStudent would obtain profound knowledge in the field of: -effects of veterinary practice and animal production on local and global pollution of environment -the importance of strategic and action planning related to environmental protection.

      Contents of lecturesDefinition, history, and methodology of evaluation of environmental pollution; Sources and routes of pollution. Assessment of the pollution risk emerging from animal production and veterinary practice. Biodiversity and sustainable development. Action planning and preparation of the environmental protection strategy for the 21st century.
