      The goalStudents should know the principles of poisoning in poultry production, to be able to recognize the symptoms of poisoning and to know the principles of diagnostic procedures. To enable students to monitor the consequences of poisoning on the human health, the occurrence of residues in eatable organs and tissues and solutions for detoxification.

Protection against mycotoxins. Nutritional approach decreasing the effects of mycotoxins. The risk to human health. The principles of detoxification. Flock treatment
