5-day programme at the ECDC in Stockholm for young researchers

Dear Doctor/Scientist,

A group of 10 investigators are offered a 5-day programme at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) in Stockholm, Sweden between 5-9 September, 2016. The main objectives of the programme is to increase understanding of the European public health roles and responsibilities of ECDC in supporting infectious disease prevention and control and the interplay with expert and competent bodies in the Member States. Intercontinental visitors (from outside EU) will receive €1000 max. for travel expenses and € 70 per diem (up to a maximum of 5 days). Investigators from around the world are invited to apply. Investigators from  Russia, New Zealand, South Africa, Germany, Nigeria, Latvia, Portugal and Italy participated in this short-term program in the year 2015.  As the deadline is fast approaching, we are reaching out to see if your fellows/junior investigators are interested.
